This is a project I made to hold my stamps. Well, it doesn't exactly hold my stamps. I stamp the image from each set onto a 5x8 index card and file it in my "stampadex".
What I did:
I used two sheets (one for the front one for the back) of cardboard--the ones that come in our make-and-takes at Regionals/Convention--I cut this down to 9x6 1/4 each. I cover each piece with DSP (Delicate Dots-SAB-used here).
I punched two holes at the top of each board and set Jumbo eyelets using the Crop-A-Dile. (Be sure to line these holes up with the index cards as well.) Decorate as desired. Here I used both ribbons from the SAB ribbon bundle. (Certain Celery is on the back cover). I used letters from the On Board Timeless Type and Sticky Cuts Letters.
The first "S" is the sticky cuts. I covered it with Micro Beads. The "m" is the negative of the letter from Timeless Type. I used my sponge dauber to cover it with Close to Cocoa ink and then covered it with Crystal Effects and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter. The backing of the letter is a piece of So Saffron card stock. The flowers are from the Polka Dot Punches stamp set (SAB). For the center of the flowers I used Chocolate Chip Corduroy Brads and a button form Button Latte.
Other supplies used: Eyelet Border Punch, White gel pen, Whisper White and Old Olive Craft Ink, Sticky Strip, Tombo Multi Purpose Adhesive, Scallop Punch, 5-Petal Punch, Certain Celery and Bashful Blue card stock, Classic ink to match paper.
Until next time.....
