Hello Hivers,I made another of these scallop dress cards. I really like the way they turn out. They are a little addictive. LOL I used Bella Rose DSP and Chocolate Chip card stock and ribbon. The Rhinestone brad is pink. These cards make you want to put on your party dress and dance the night away!
