This is a technique that I have used many times. I just love it. I seen this card over on Glenda's blog. I knew I was going to CASE it as soon as I seen it. She has a video tutorial on this technique. I used the Zoo Review stamp set and embossed the image with Early Espresso Embossing Powder.
