I'm a little upset.  I filmed a video on how to make this cute card.   I finally got up the nerve to make a video tutorial and when I uploaded the video it was corrupted or something.   I have sound, just no image.  I don't know how to fix it.  UGH! 

But....isn't this card the cutest?!  I just love it.

Thinking of You

I was playing with one of the new stamp sets and boy, oh, boy!  I love it.  This is such a beautiful set, it is called Count My Blessings.  The strip of Designer Series Paper came from Painted Autumn, another new product.

Hello Hivers, 

 Okay.  It is official.  I think the Festive Phrases stamp set may be my favorite from the 2017 Holiday Catalog.  Well, it is at least in my top 3.  I am finding so many uses for the Merry Little Christmas DSP other than Christmas.  I love the versatility of Stampin' Up! products.  I usually make two of each card, however, this time I changed up the second just a little bit.  I don't know which one I like better.  They both have things I like about them.  What do you think?

Paper Pumpkin - August 2017 with Video

Hello Hivers, 

OMG!  I am in love with this months Paper Pumpkin.  It is so cute. I think this is the first time I opened my box and made every card in one day.  I even came up with some alternate ideas.  I know I will be ordering the refill kit for this one.  The first photo, above, shows how the kit was intended to be put together.  (I did turn one card on its' side.)  All the rest are alternate ideas I came up with.  Keep scrolling down for the video and more information about the Awesome Deal Stampin' Up! is offering for the September 2017 Paper Pumpkin kit.

Celebrate Him and Her

Hello Hivers, 

Today I want to share a couple of birthday cards I made using up some leftovers.  I thought the top card would be nice for females and the bottom one I tried to make more masculine.  I used an image from the Celebrate You stamp set.  The square of DSP is from the Painted Harvest Designer Series Paper in the 2017 Holiday Catalog.

Witches Brew

Hello Hivers, 

Here is my first card using the Merry Cafe stamp set from the 2017 Holiday Catalog.  I just love it.  As you can see, I made plenty of them.  I really like the  way Lemon Lime Twist and Elegant Eggplant look together.  I used the Marbled background stamp to get the swirls in the drink topping.  I added Wink of Stella to the Basic Black scalloped circle and the drink topping.  You know I had to add my sparkles somewhere...LoL

Spooky Treat Box

Hello Hivers, 

I am having so much fun playing with all my new goodies from the 2017 Holiday Catalog.  I made this treat box using a tutorial I found on YouTube by Sam H.  She is awesome.  This box is pretty roomy.  You can fit a lot of treats inside.  You can't really see it in the pictures, but I heat embossed all the stamped images.

Stamper's by the Dozen Blog Hop - August 2017

Colorful Daisy Dreams

Hello Hivers,

Wow!  I am so proud of myself.  I came up with this layout all on my own.  It is not very often that I come up with the card sketch AND design all by myself.  It is usually either or.  I just love it.  I wish that the Wink of Stella would have shown better in this photo.  Oh, and those Berry Burst Glitter Enamel Dots are to die for.  I need to order some more of them.

Busy Little Bee

Hello Hivers,

Another card using the bright Delightful Daisy DSP.  Just added a sentiment from the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set and a Busy Little Bee from the Detailed Dragonfly thinlits.  The final touch is the tiny bow made from the Daffodil Delight Double-Stitched Ribbon.

To a Wonderful Friend...

You all know how happy bright colors make me.  The Calypso Coral just pops.  I love it...and with the Pear Pizzazz...Man!  It just makes me smile.  Don't you just love the new Ombre ribbon?  These cards are essentially the same.  I just change the direction of the opening of the cards.  I used a couple of sentiments from the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set.

I absolutely love this card.  The bright colors just make me so happy.  I love the simplicity of the design.  I don't know how well you can see it, but I stamped the leaf image all over the background before embossing it with the Hexagons 3D Dynamic TIEF.
