Birthday Cheer Card

Hello Hivers, 

I made this for a friend of the family.  We all went out to celebrate a different occasion but I had to gift her a card for her birthday that was the day before.  I used the Birthday Cheer Bundle found in the 2019 Occasions Catalog.  I love these colors. I think the Reversible Ribbon may be my favorite part of this card.
