The Wink of Stella doesn't show up too well on the photos, but this card is very sparkly in person.  

Today I am sharing the card I made for my mother.  I used the Tasteful Touches and Happiest of Birthdays stamp sets.  I also used the Ornate Layers Dies to create this beautiful card.

I made the card the day before her birthday, but she lives out of town, so I will need to mail it to her...hence the (little-bit-late) part. :)
