October 2020 Paper Pumpkin - Alternate Idea #6 with Video

Hello Hivers, 

Today I am sharing my 6th alternate project using the October 2020 Paper Pumpkin kit. This cute little purse goes together quick and easy.  I have listed the measurements below.

Measurements:

Cardstock: 6" x 8"

Score Long Side:  2.5", 3.5", 6", 6.5"

Score Short Side:  1" on each side

*For my purse, I took off 1/16" from each measurement since my card base was not quite 6".

October 2020 Paper Pumpkin Meets Celebration Labels

Hello Hivers, 

Just popping in to share this Gorgeous card.  I used the October 2020 Paper Pumpkin kit and paired it with the Celebration Labels Dies from Stampin' Up!.  I used the largest of the dies to cut the card base.  It fits very nicely in the envelopes provided in the kit.

October 2020 Paper Pumpkin - Alternate Ideas #3 and #4

Hello Hivers, 

Today I am sharing 2 alternate projects using the October 2020 Paper Pumpkin kit. The first card shows that this kit is not just for Christmas.  All of the sentiments come from the Joy To The World stamp set in the kit.  I used the Dainty Diamonds embossing folder for the background.

Above is the 2nd card I am sharing today.  I cut one card base in half and embossed the back of the card with the Brick & Mortar embossing folder.  I cut down the front of the card to layer on the front.  Added some Gilded Gems for a bit of bling.

October 2020 Paper Pumpkin - Alternate Idea #2 with Video

Hello Hivers, 

I have a cute No-Glue Box for you today.  This is my second alternate project using the October 2020 Paper Pumpkin kit.  I love making 3D projects.  This one is very simple.  This kit comes with words die cut in three languages; English, French and German.  I used the German die cut for LOVE.  Below is a view of the box opened up on one end.

Measurements:

Cardstock:  8.25" x 5.25"

Score Short Side:  0.75", 1.5", 3.75", 4.5"

Score Long Side:  2.25", 3", 5.25", 6"

Lasting Elegance Card

Here's a quick and simple card I made using the Lasting Elegance Dies and the Last a Lifetime stamp set.  I used the Rainbow Glimmer Paper behind the  Basic Black cardstock for a pop of glimmer and color.

World of Good Mystery Stamping Card

Hello Hivers, 

Today I am sharing a card I made as part of a Mystery Stamping group.  We had so much fun.  We got clues (measurements/instructions) one at a time...everyone posted their cards in the group when we were done.  It was amazing to see all the different cards made using the same instructions.  

In my excitement, I didn't cut all my pieces properly and some may be out of place.  But....I love the way my card turned out.   


Measurements:

Base:  Early Espresso 8.5" x 5.5" scored @ 4.25"

Early Espresso:  5.25" x 4",  4.25" x 2.75"

Whisper White:  2.5"x 1"

Brass Foil:  3.25" x 0.75"

DSP:  World of Good 3.25" x 0.75" (or 4" x 3/4") and 4" x 2.5"

Trimming The Town - Takes Center Stage

Here's another set of cards using the Trimming The Town Designer Series Paper.  For these cards, I wanted the DSP to really take center stage.  I kept the sentiment layers small and off to one side.  I do believe I achieved my goal.  What do you think?
