What A Year: Hooray Card

Hello Hivers, 

Today I am sharing a card made using the What A Year Memories & More Card Pack from Stampin' Up!.  There isn't any stamping on this card.  

I used card sketch #108 from Dawn G., and of course I changed it up a bit. The Scalloped Contour Dies and Artistry Blooms Sequins put the final touches on this card.
